Ariane 5 ES launched the last of Europe's five Automated Transfer Vehicles, uncrewed cargo ships for the International Space Station. At more than 20 tonnes it was the heaviest payload Ariane 5 had flown. It docked on 12 August 2014 and stayed about six months before being deorbited.
