JUN 20201921:43:00 UTCAriane 5 ECA flew two communications satellites to geostationary transfer orbit. AT&T's T-16, a 6,330 kg broadcast satellite built by Airbus, separated first, and the 3,400 kg Eutelsat 7C followed six minutes later.
Built by Maxar, Eutelsat 7C was placed alongside Eutelsat 7B at 7° East, adding 19 Ku-band transponders for Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Turkey.
