Inmarsat-5 F5

Inmarsat-5 F5, also designated GX5, completed the five-satellite Global Xpress (GX) Ka-band high-throughput constellation. Described as delivering more Ka-band capacity than the first four GX satellites combined, it provides 89 fixed spot beams and six fully steerable beams covering the Middle East, Europe, and the Indian subcontinent.

TIBA-1 is an Egyptian government communications satellite built by Airbus Defence and Space and Thales Alenia Space, providing Ka-band broadband internet and secure government communications over Egypt, North Africa, and the Nile Basin.
