O3b FM13-16

Soyuz carried four O3b satellites for SES, bringing the medium Earth orbit constellation from 12 to 16 satellites.

O3b satellites orbit at about 8,000 km over the equator, giving remote areas within ±45° latitude lower-latency broadband than geostationary satellites can.
