First two satellites of the Zhihui Tianwang (Smart Skynet) MEO broadband constellation, developed by CASC's Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology for Tsingshen Technology - a venture backed by Tsinghua University and the Shanghai government. The initial constellation phase calls for eight satellites.
