MAY 28202517:31:00 UTCFormerly known as ZhengHe, Tianwen-2 will rendezvous with near-Earth quasi-satellite 469219 Kamo'oalewa (2016 HO3) to collect a surface sample for return to Earth around 2027.
The mothership will then use an Earth flyby to slingshot toward main-belt comet 311P/PanSTARRS, arriving around 2034.
