Five months after a third-stage anomaly destroyed Shijian-32 and ended a run of more than 90 consecutive successful Long March 3B missions, the rocket returned to flight with its 116th launch, carrying a space environment exploration satellite developed by the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology.
