Long March 12 lofted nine Guowang satellites, bringing China's national broadband megaconstellation to 195 spacecraft in orbit.

The launch came six days after a Long March 7A broke up during ascent, a failure that put the YF-100 engines behind most of the country's modern launchers under suspicion. Four YF-100K engines powered the Long March 12, and its satellites reached their planned orbits.
