H-IIA delivered Michibiki 4, the fourth satellite of Japan's Quasi-Zenith Satellite System, completing the four-satellite constellation that begins operations. The system adds signals from satellites high overhead to improve GPS positioning in Japanese cities, where tall buildings block low-elevation satellites.
