QZS-5

The 8th H3 flight ended in failure when the second stage's second ignition shut down prematurely, leaving QZS-5 unable to reach its planned Tundra orbit; the satellite was lost. It was H3's second launch failure, following the loss of the program's first flight in March 2023 due to a similar second-stage issue.
