"Make It Rain"

Electron carried seven satellites on a rideshare mission brokered by Spaceflight, including Painani-1, Mexico's first CubeSat. Built by the Mexican Army and Air Force, it carried four small cameras to image Mexican territory and support student research in signal processing and ground-station software. The flight also carried two Prometheus technology-demonstration satellites developed for U.S. Special Operations Command. It was Rocket Lab's 7th Electron launch and its third flight of 2019.
