Electron carried NROL-151, a reconnaissance satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office, on the first mission flown under the NRO's Rapid Acquisition of a Small Rocket (RASR) program, a competitively awarded contract for commercial small-satellite launches. Four more RASR missions followed before the program closed out with NROL-123 in 2024.
