General Atomics' GAzelle satellite, formerly designated Orbital Test Bed 3, carried NOAA's Argos-4 Advanced Data Collection System, which gathers data from ocean buoys, wildlife tracking tags, and weather stations worldwide for relay to researchers. The U.S. Space Force arranged the dedicated flight through its Hosted Payload Solutions program on NOAA's behalf. GAzelle also carried RadMon, a secondary payload monitoring the space radiation environment.
