"Rocket Like A Hurricane"

First of two Electron launches completing NASA's TROPICS storm-tracking constellation, replacing two CubeSats lost in a June 2022 Astra launch failure. Launching from New Zealand instead of the originally planned Virginia pad let this pair reach their 550 km, 30°-inclination orbit in time for the 2023 Atlantic hurricane season.
