"PREFIRE & Ice"

Second of two launches for NASA's Polar Radiant Energy in the Far-InfraRed Experiment (PREFIRE), completing deployment of the twin 6U CubeSat pair into near-polar orbit. Together, the pair provided the first systematic measurements of far-infrared thermal emissions from Earth's polar regions, filling a long-standing gap in climate science.
