Electron launch of three HawkEye 360 satellites, a formation-flying cluster that geolocates radio-frequency signals from ships, aircraft and other emitters. Along with Cluster 15, it carries the first HawkEye 360 satellites built for dedicated capacity, where collection is prioritized over a customer's area of interest under a multi-year agreement.
