Progress M-SO1

This flight delivered Pirs to the ISS, using a stripped-down Progress as a tug in place of the usual cargo and fuel sections. Pirs added a second Russian docking port and an airlock sized for two crew in Orlan suits, and it carried up spacewalk equipment and a spare Orlan. The Progress service section was cast off and deorbited once the module was berthed at Zvezda.
