Globalstar M078

Soyuz-2.1a with a Fregat upper stage delivered six second-generation Globalstar mobile-telecommunications satellites, the last launch of the 24-satellite batch Globalstar contracted through Arianespace. Fregat fired twice: the dispenser released two satellites 1 hour 38 minutes after liftoff and the other four about 1 minute 40 seconds later.
