Meteor-M 2-3
Meteor-M 2-3 is a Russian polar-orbiting meteorological satellite and the first spacecraft in the Meteor-M 2 series to carry fully operational radar instrumentation, featuring an active phased array antenna for all-weather surveillance of the Northern Sea Route.
