Razbeg 1

First satellite in the Razbeg program of small military electro-optical reconnaissance spacecraft. Developed by NPP VNIIEM, with the optical imager supplied by Belarusian company Peleng; ground resolution is approximately 0.9 metres in panchromatic mode.
