Fourth satellite in Russia's Resurs-P Earth observation series. Resurs-P 4 and Resurs-P 5, launched nine months later, introduced a second high-resolution camera in place of the wide-angle imager carried by the first three satellites, nearly doubling the surface area each pass could cover.
