Nivelir-L 4

Kosmos 2576, the Nivelir-L 4 inspector satellite, was maneuvered after launch into the orbital plane of USA 314, a classified US optical reconnaissance satellite. The Pentagon characterized it as a likely counter-space weapon capable of attacking other satellites in low Earth orbit. The launch also co-manifested commercial secondary payloads arranged by GK Launch Services.
