Nuri maiden flight

Nuri (also called KSLV-II), South Korea's first domestically developed orbital rocket, reached its 700 km target altitude, but its third stage shut down 46 seconds early and the 1.5-tonne dummy payload fell short of orbital velocity.

The cause was a helium tank that came off its mounting inside the third stage's oxidizer tank, damaged it and leaked helium and oxidizer; the mounting was reinforced before the next flight.
