Dragon delivered the first International Docking Adapter (IDA-2) to the ISS — the Boeing-built ring that converts a Space Shuttle-era docking port into the international docking standard used by Crew Dragon and Starliner. IDA-2 succeeded IDA-1, which had been lost in the CRS-7 in-flight failure thirteen months earlier; spacewalkers installed it on Pressurized Mating Adapter 2 in August. The booster returned to land at LZ-1.
