Starlink Launch 19

The mission delivered 60 v1.0 Starlinks to the 53° shell, but B1059.6 was lost on landing - a worn engine-cover boot had developed a hole, allowing hot exhaust gas to trigger an engine shutdown during the entry burn. The booster missed OCISLY and hit the Atlantic, snapping a 24-flight landing streak.

This flight was also the last to use GO Ms. Tree and GO Ms. Chief; SpaceX retired the fairing-catching program afterward, switching to water recovery and fishing instead.
