B1051's 11th flight - the first Falcon 9 booster to reach that mark, clearing the bar SpaceX originally set as the Block 5 refurbishment threshold. B1051 debuted on Demo-1 in March 2019, the first uncrewed Crew Dragon flight to the ISS.

52 v1.5 Starlinks to the 53.2° shell from Vandenberg SLC-4E - an unusual inclination for a West Coast pad, which almost exclusively serves polar or sun-synchronous orbits. It was also the first Group 4 launch from Vandenberg.
