49 v1.5 Starlinks reached the 53.2° shell - but 38 of them never made it. A G2 geomagnetic storm struck the day after launch, sending atmospheric density at the low deployment altitude surging up to 50% above prior missions. The satellites entered safe mode to minimize drag, but the enhanced density was too great; 38 could not raise their orbits and reentered within days. Only 11 survived to reach their intended altitude.

The mission also set a fairing reuse record: one half flew its 6th time, the highest reuse count for any payload fairing up to that point.
