Starlink Group 4-8

First Group 4 mission to deploy satellites through two upper stage burns - a direct response to the Group 4-7 storm loss three weeks earlier. The second burn raised the deployment perigee from ~210 km to ~325 km, placing the 46 v1.5 Starlinks above the altitude where the February 4 geomagnetic storm had proved fatal to their predecessors.
