Classified Naval Ocean Surveillance System (NOSS/Intruder) mission, with the targeted 1220 km x 1024 km orbit at 63.5° inclination corresponding to the Intruder constellation. The contract with SpaceX was awarded in February 2019.

The launch site was switched from Florida to Vandenberg less than a year before launch, at no additional cost, in exchange for reusing a previously flown booster. The NRO declared the mission a success.
