EROS-C3

EROS-C3 is an Israeli electro-optical Earth observation satellite built by Israel Aerospace Industries on the Optsat-3000 platform and operated by ImageSat International, capable of 30 cm panchromatic resolution.

The flight was SpaceX's first to a mid-inclination retrograde orbit - at 140°, well outside the near-polar sun-synchronous regime of prior retrograde Falcon 9 missions.
