B1061's 12th flight delivered 51 v1.5 Starlinks into the 70° shell from Vandenberg.

The booster's career opened with two of SpaceX's most consequential crewed missions: Crew-1 in November 2020 - the first operational Crew Dragon flight to the ISS - and Crew-2 in April 2021, the first time a crewed Falcon 9 booster flew again with astronauts aboard.
