SDA Tranche 0A

First of two launches for the Space Development Agency's Tranche 0 Transport and Tracking Layer.

The eight Transport layer satellites, built by York Space Systems, form an interoperable mesh network providing periodic low-latency, high-capacity data connectivity; the two Tracking layer satellites, built by SpaceX and Leidos on a Starlink-derived bus, carry wide field-of-view infrared sensors for persistent hypersonic missile tracking.
