Starlink Group 6-2

21 v2 mini Starlinks delivered to the 43° shell - the resumption of the v2 mini campaign after a nearly two-month pause. Several satellites from Group 6-1 had experienced on-orbit problems, with at least 2 deorbited; SpaceX swapped the March flights back to v1.5 hardware while investigating before clearing the v2 mini design to continue.
