The 62nd Falcon launch of 2023 - 21 v2 mini Starlinks to the 43° shell from LC-39A - broke SpaceX's own single-year record of 61 (set in 2022) and, surpassed the all-time annual record for successful launches by a single rocket family, previously held by the R-7 from 1980. SpaceX would end the year with 96 launches.
