Starlink Group 10-7

B1073's 17th flight carried 23 v2 mini Starlinks into the 53° shell - the same booster that had suffered a T-0 abort on the original Group 10-2 attempt in June, was pulled for inspection, and returned to flight on Starlink 8-9 in July before flying here.
