B1071's 19th flight carried 20 v2 mini Starlinks - 13 with direct-to-cell capability - into the 53° shell from Vandenberg. The booster's previous missions included 3 classified NRO flights (NROL-87, NROL-85, and NROL-146), 2 Transporter rideshares (Transporter-8 and Transporter-9), and 11 earlier Starlink batches.

The 13 direct-to-cell satellites brought the cumulative D2C on-orbit count to 246 - the first D2C batch launched after Hurricanes Helene and Milton struck the southeastern United States in late September and early October 2024.
