The launch that completed the first direct-to-cell shell: 20 v2 mini Starlinks - 13 with direct-to-cell capability - delivered to the 53° shell on B1081's 12th flight. SpaceX confirmed post-launch that the roughly 330-satellite first shell was now fully in orbit, capping a year of D2C deployments that began in January 2024.
