B1086's first flight as a standalone Falcon 9 carried 23 v2 mini Starlinks - 13 with direct-to-cell capability - into the 43° shell.

B1086 had previously flown as a Falcon Heavy side booster on the GOES-U mission in June 2024. Its conversion to a standalone Falcon 9 first stage made it only the second such conversion in SpaceX's history, following B1052.
