Starlink Group 11-4
Success
FEB 01202523:10:00 UTC22 v2 mini Starlinks reached the 53° shell from Vandenberg - but after deployment, a small oxygen leak on the second stage froze a thrust vector control line, preventing the planned deorbit burn.
The stage remained in orbit for 18 days before making an uncontrolled reentry over Europe on February 19, 2025. Debris - including a composite overwrap pressure vessel - fell near Poznań, Poland, and was recovered by Polish authorities. It was the third Falcon 9 upper stage to fail its deorbit burn in roughly seven months, following anomalies in July and September 2024.
