Starlink Group 13-4
B1071's 27th flight carried 19 v2 mini Starlinks and 2 Starshield satellites - USA-549 and USA-550, designated Starshield G2-4-1 and G2-4-2 - into the 97.6° polar shell. The second-stage webcast cut out after their separation, as it has on every prior Starshield co-manifest.
B1071 debuted on NROL-87 in February 2022, then flew NROL-85, NROL-146, NROL-153, and NROL-192 before accumulating Starlink flights - giving it one of the heaviest government-payload tallies in the fleet. Group 13-4's 97.6° target also sets it apart from Group 13-1, which went to the 43° shell from Cape Canaveral in January 2025: the same group number spans two very different orbital planes.
