Falcon 9 delivered a classified National Reconnaissance Office payload to a roughly 1000 x 1200 km orbit at 63.4° inclination. Those are the orbital parameters of the Naval Ocean Surveillance System (NOSS) Intruder constellation, and on that basis the payload is suspected to be a new NOSS satellite.
