Crew-12

12th operational Crew Dragon mission to the ISS, ferrying four Expedition 74/75 crew members - NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev - for a planned eight-month stay.

The launch was advanced following the early return of Crew-11 on 15 January 2026 due to a medical issue, to minimize the period the station operated with a reduced crew complement.

The booster performed the first landing at LZ-40, a new landing zone located at SLC-40.
