Starship Flight 14

Every previous Starship flight test flew a suborbital arc. Flight 14 reached orbit and deployed 26 Starlink V3 satellites, the first flight to place the next-generation satellites into operational service.

The Super Heavy booster splashed down in the Gulf after its boostback burn, and the ship followed with a Pacific Ocean splashdown north of Hawaii about three hours after liftoff. Minor engine issues on both stages led the flight team to cut the mission short of its planned six orbits.
