Cygnus CRS Orb-2 S. S. Janice Voss

Cygnus carried a fresh batch of 28 Planet Flock-1b imaging cubesats — another increment of the constellation Planet was rapidly building out for daily-cadence Earth imaging — plus a handful of university and research smallsats. Six of the Flock satellites failed to deploy from the station's NanoRacks dispenser and re-entered with Cygnus.
