X-37B OTV-1

First flight of the Atlas V 501 configuration, which carried the Air Force's X-37B spaceplane on its first mission. The vehicle spent 224 days in orbit and landed autonomously at Vandenberg on 3 December 2010, the first American autonomous orbital runway landing. The Air Force never disclosed what experiments it carried.
