ViaSat-3 EMEA

An Atlas V 551 carried ViaSat-3 F2, the second of Viasat's three Ka-band broadband satellites, to geosynchronous transfer orbit after an earlier attempt was held for a faulty liquid oxygen tank vent valve. Viasat strengthened the design after the first satellite, ViaSat-3 F1, was left with less than 10% of its planned capacity by a reflector deployment problem; F2 is slotted at 79° west to serve the Americas.
