Final flight of the Titan 23G, the line of decommissioned Titan II intercontinental ballistic missiles that Martin Marietta refurbished into satellite launchers. Thirteen flew from Vandenberg between 1988 and 2003, all successfully, and this DMSP weather satellite closed the program out.
