Reusable American medium-lift methalox rocket

Rocket Lab's next rocket — a medium-lift reusable booster sized to go after the same commercial contracts as Falcon 9. The first stage is meant to land on a downrange ship; recovery isn't planned until the second flight. First launch is targeted from Wallops Island, Virginia.
