Huoju-1

Maiden flight of Jielong 3, also known as Smart Dragon 3 (SD-3). Launching from a floating platform in the Yellow Sea, it was the first Chinese orbital rocket to perform a hot launch at sea - its engines igniting in the launch cell itself, in contrast to the cold-gas ejection used by earlier Chinese sea-launched vehicles such as Long March 11.
