Jielong (Smart Dragon) is CASC's commercial solid-fuel line, spun out as China Rocket Co. The Jielong-3 variant launches from a converted sea barge off the coast of Shandong province and has become one of China's most active small launchers — flying multiple times per year and carrying both domestic and international satellites.
